
The most authentic Korean Kimchi, made in my kitchen. I would love to share the taste with you! No preservatives, non pasteurized, not added sugar and gluten free.
INGREDIENTS:
Garlic, spring onion, onion, Korean cabbages, salt, fish sauce, rice, ginger, Korean chilli flake.
Once you open the jar you can keep it in the refrigerator for 4-5 weeks but if you would like to have a strong fermented flavour, please leave the Kimchi unrefrigerated at room temperature for 2 weeks. I find that this is the optimum period to bring out the best Kimchi flavour, especially if you would like to use the Kimchi to make soup or fried rice.
